These terms govern use of the QAVELIX media tools platform.

Using the service
QAVELIX lets you use supported tools to upload files, request temporary processing, and download temporary outputs when processing is available.
By using QAVELIX, you confirm that you own the uploaded content or have permission to process it.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use QAVELIX only for lawful file processing. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that you are not allowed to process.
Do not attempt to bypass upload limits, security controls, origin checks, download protections, or temporary-file cleanup.
Temporary processing and user responsibility
Uploaded files and generated outputs are temporary. Keep your own original copy because QAVELIX is not a backup or storage service.
Downloads may expire, and cancelled or deleted processing cannot be resumed without selecting the file again.
Processing results
QAVELIX does not guarantee a specific file size, quality level, playback compatibility, output format behavior, or processing result.
Tool results depend on the uploaded file, selected action, browser behavior, and server environment. Some files may not produce the expected result.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable, interrupted, rate-limited, or changed. QAVELIX may restrict use that appears abusive or harmful to the service.
You retain ownership of your content. QAVELIX receives only the permission needed to process the file you choose to upload and provide the requested output.
Disclaimers and liability
QAVELIX is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every file will process successfully or remain downloadable for a specific period beyond the displayed availability window.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QAVELIX is not responsible for lost files, lost data, failed processing, expired downloads, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
